Key Lime Cheesecake Pops Recipe

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

Key Lime Cheesecake Pops Recipe
a General Mills Recipe

Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!

INGREDIENTS:
1 container (6 ounce) Yoplait Original yogurt Key lime pie
1/2 cup corn syrup (like Karo), divided
1 cup Yoplait Original yogurt vanilla
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cup Golden Grahams cereal, crushed

VISIT ME ON PATREON I swear you’ll like it there!

DIRECTIONS:
1: In a small bowl, stir together the key lime yogurt and 1/4 cup corn syrup.
2: In a second bowl, stir together vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup corn syrup.
3: In a medium bowl, stir together butter, sugar and crushed cereal.
4: Using four popscicle molds, spoon layers of the lime and vanilla yogurt. When halfway full, alternate layers of yogurt with the crushed cereal. Finish with a final layer of cereal.
5: Slide sticks into the center of each mold and freeze until firm, about 6-8 hours. When ready to serve, remove popscicles from plastic molds.

Darlene’s Tips: I have a feeling that cereal at the base of the pop might be messy. Serve these on a plate or outside so the cereal does not fall off and mess up your floors. You could skip that step of adding the cereal as the top layer and just layer the cereal inside. You could even mix the cereal with the yogurt. And you can use any cereal you like or even crushed graham crackers.
