1 box (18.3 oz) Betty Crocker Brownie Mix (or store brand)
2 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) plus 6 tablespoons butter, divided
3 tablespoons water
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies (or store knock off)
1/4 cup potato chips, coarsely crushed
1/4 cup mini pretzel twists
8 peanut butter cups, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
2: In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, 1/2 cup softened butter and water. Stir until well mixed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3: Bake for 50-52 minutes, or until the center springs back when touched lightly. Remove and cool completely.
4: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips and 6 tablespoons butter together until melted. Stir until smooth. Spread on cooled brownies.
5: Top with Oreo cookies, potato chips, pretzel twists and peanut butter cups.
6: Place in fridge until chocolate topping sets. Slice into 9 pieces with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy.

It’s Monday!
Today is a big day for my mother. She’s having a tooth extracted, that’s if she’s goes through with it. It no longer hurts so she’s thinking of just keeping the tooth. The appointment is in Rochester, NH which is not far, but about 30 mintues away. We need to get their early for paper work and stuff and just because my mother is one who insists on leaving very early for an appointment. Just the getting in and out of the car is a very slow process. Then the appointment. The waiting. It’s going to take a big chunk out of my day. So I’m up early to get my daily blog stuff done before we go. And of course, I barely got any sleep because I can’t sleep when I know I have to get up. Very anxious to be back in bed tonight. lol
When we get back, I really need to work on the next Fabric Frenzy which is on Saturday, March 3. I need to work on that every day because getting the listings up takes a long time. I was doing a good job but then dropped the ball. That also led to me losing sleep last night. I only have 15 listings and I want 50. I need to get busy with that!
Yesterday, I uploaded a Lacy Ladder Crochet Stitch video. I really like the simplicity of this stitch. I also worked some more on the crocheted tote bag that I’m recording. I hope to have that video done tomorrow.
I also published my Harsh Paper Sounds ASMR video. What a chore that was! For some reason, after I saved the project and opened it the next day for more editing, all the audio clips shifted so nothing was synced. I had to fix all 47 clips by hand. And when I’d fix one, it would screw up some that I fixed. I never, ever want to go through an editing nightmare like that again. I worked on that for over 4 hours and I’m not even sure if I got it all. I finally just gave published it. So if you see parts that are not in sync, that’s why.
Thanks for visiting my blog! Darlene

Easy 4 Ingredient Cinnamon Biscuit Blossoms Recipe
a General Mills Recipe
Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!
INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
1 (16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury Grands! Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits ()
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
8 teaspoons any flavor jelly or jam ()
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Make 5 (3/4-inch-deep) cuts evenly around outside edge of each biscuit to resemble flower petals. Place each biscuit flower on ungreased large cookie sheet. (If biscuits are uneven, flatten slightly to make tops even.)
2: In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Sprinkle sugar mixture over biscuits. With thumb, make deep indentation in center of each biscuit. Fill each with scant teaspoon jelly.
3: Bake at 375°F. for 11 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Darlene’s Tips: You could drizzle some glaze between the petals and around the center just for fun! Just mix powdered sugar with a few drops of water at a time until you get the consistency of glaze that you can drizzle. You can add a drop of food coloring too. You could also skip the cinnamon and sugar and just cut the biscuits and put some butter in the center when serving!
