1 box Betty Crocker Delights Supreme chocolate chunk brownie mix (or store brand)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
2 medium bananas
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
2: In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, water and eggs. Mash bananas with fork until smooth. Stir into brownie mixture. Pour half of the mixture into pan. Spoon half of the peanut butter over top; run knife through it to swirl peanut butter into brownie batter. Top with remaining batter, and repeat with the remaining peanut butter.
3: Bake about 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan to serve.
Darlene’s Tips: You can soften the peanut butter in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to make it easier to swirl into the batter. And you can certainly use chunky peanut butter if you want!
