Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips until well mixed. Add chocolate chips and mix those in.
2: Using your hands, form 1 1/2-inch balls (dough will be very wet and sticky) and place onto an ungreased parchment lined cookie sheet. Don’t make them too big because they do spread. You should have about 12 balls when finished.
3: Bake for 9 minutes. Let the cookies sit on the cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing them to cool on a wire rack.

Darlene’s Tips: You can use peanut butter morsels instead of chocolate or use a mix of both. White morsels would be good too. If the dough is too sticky, you can powder your hands with some powdered sugar. You could also try rolling the cookie balls in powdered sugar to see if they come out with that crinkled look. Experiment!
