NOTE: This is from my quicker supplier so you should have the panels within 2 weeks.
Supplier says this is a 24″ x 44″ panel. Those blocks must be huge, maybe 10″ or so. Those border strips are usually about 2″ to 3″ wide and should be 24″ long.
