Each square on the grid is one inch.

You need 7 Long Quarters, all different prints, to make this quilt (or 9 if you want to make the longer quilt as seen in the video).

Finished quilt will be about 42 inches wide by 54 inches tall (or 73 tall if you add the 2 extra rows as shown in the video).

The long quarters I used for my quilt were 42 inches wide by 9.5 inches tall. If yours are smaller, you can still make the quilt but the quilt will be a bit smaller.

Please watch THIS VIDEO for instructions.

A:  Full strip (42″ x 9.5″)

B:  Cut one strip into two 18.5 inch pieces (18.5″ x 9.5″ each)

C:  Cut strip to 33.5 inches (33.5 x 9.5)

D: Cut strip to 33.5 inches (33.5 x 9.5)

E: Cut strip to 33.5 inches (33.5 x 9.5)

F: Cut strip to 33.5 inches (33.5 x 9.5)

G:  Full strip (42″ x 9.5″)

UPDATE:  When you watch the video you will see that I added another long quarter on the top and bottom of the quilt. I did not bother to change the grid since that’s easy to do without a grid. lol  You can add those extra rows or not. It’s up to you.
