Snickerdoodle Bars Recipe – Easy 4-Ingredient Sugar Cookie Dough Hack

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe.  I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:
1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
1 container (16 oz) vanilla creamy ready-to-spread frosting

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.

2: In medium bowl, mix cookie dough and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon with wooden spoon or hands until well blended. Press evenly in pan.

3: Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set and edges are golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour, then frost.

4: Stir remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and the sugar until well blended. Sprinkle on top of frosting. Cut into bars or squares.

Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on eBay and at Walmart!

Darlene’s Tips:  You can add some chopped nuts or raisins if you like. Just knead them into the dough. Cream Cheese frosting would be delish on this too!
