It’s Sunday
This has one bad ass weekend. This all started when I opened something from the mail that needs attention but it was too late on Friday to do anything about it. So I have been suffereing all weekend to the point on nearly constant tears, dispair, misery and physical pain fromt the extreme anxiety. It’s something that anyone else would just put aside and forget about. The for me, it’s a fucking shitshow. I only hope I can resolve this on Monday.
Other shit has been going on that I have a very hard time with. Not only have I NOT been sleeping much at all and suffering from my usual anxiety due to things like having to make phone calls, my old house is falling apart. This is bothering me to no end. I have no help at all for this. I hate, hate, HATE making calls to get help. When I do get help, I hate that they didn’t do a good job or they charged too much or whatever. It never ends well in my mind.
So, what have I been doing to help me through all this shit? No, not drinking. But I’m amazed every day that I don’t go back to that. Instead I throw myself into my other addiction. Work. But it’s hard to do it. I’m sick to my stomach over everything. I talked about this inside patreon last night. Talked and cried. It wasn’t pretty. I seriously don’t know why anyone is my patron. I don’t see the attraction at all. But I’m totally grateful and very appreciative to have patrons. They keep me working!
I don’t know what else to say so I’ll just stop there. Today does feel a bit better than yesterday. But now I’m starting to worry about tomorrow. I worry about everything. Everything. Always.
I had no daily chat yesterday because I just could not bring myself to do it.
