How to shop at CVS this week to get $10 back!

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

CVS has been running awesome deals where if you spend $30 on certain items, you will get a gift card for $10 to use on anything in the store (it prints on your receipt and they will put it on a gift card for you).

Each week the items change, so you need to sit down with the flyer (or look at it online at CVS.com) to see what items you might be able to buy this week. You will see little green CVS Cash images on each participating item on the flyer and also in the store.

You do NOT have to spend $30 all in one trip, but you MUST spend it during the week of the sale. Check the bottom of your receipt to see how much you spent toward your total. If you ever come up short, there are usually some cheap participating items you can add on (like a candy bar) to bring your total up to $30.

You can do this deal 5 times on one CVS card. It’s still a good idea to shop in $30 blocks so you can use the $10 you just earned to pay down the next bill.

You can use coupons to pay down the total! You just have to reach $30 (a few pennies less is usually okay) before coupons (and before tax).

There are many, many, many ways to spend $30 on participating items. Below are just a couple of scenarios. You can mix and match any of the participating items!

Remember, if you plan to do more than one scenario, do one first then use the $10 you earn to pay down the next one… and so one. You can also use any ExtraBucks you have to pay the total down!

The coupons I mention may no longer be available and may not match the exact item. You will need to look them up and see if you can use them.

Buy (4) Scott 1000 sheets per roll 12-packs at $7.49 each
Total is $29.96 (this should be close enough to $30 to trigger the $10 cash back)
Check for coupons in the 1/15 SmartSource insert

Buy (6) Scott paper towels mega rolls 6-packs at $5 each
Total is $30
Check for coupons in the 1/15 SmartSource insert

Or you could buy 2 packs of toilet paper and 3 packs of paper towels… total $29.98… see how it works?

Below are just some of the other items that you can mix and match to reach $30:

Buy (4) Coke 12-packs for $10 (some areas are 4/$12)
NOTE: you are only allowed up to (4) 12-packs at this price, so you need to match with other items, but this is a great price for 12-packs!
$.99/1 Coke Zero coupon

Mars Chocolate Bars, $1.50 each
King Size or 8 ct Fun Pack
Check for coupons in Jan issue of All You magazine

Hershey’s Kisses Big Bag (and others), $4.99
Check for coupons in 1/8 SmartSource insert

Coke 2-liter, 3 for $4, or $1.34 each
Limit 3 per CVS card
$.99/1 Coke Zero coupon

Nabisco Wheat Thins, Triscuit, Ritz, More, $2.50
Check for $3/3 (or $2/3) coupons in 1/8 SmartSource insert

Cottonelle toilet paper 18-pack, $10
Check for coupons in 1/15 SmartSource insert and in Nov All You magazine

Kleenex tissues, $1.50
Check for coupons in 1/1 SmartSource insert

Cottonelle Wipes, 42 ct, $2
Check for coupons in 1/15 SmartSource insert

…and so much more! Have fun with it!

CVS Glade Coupon Matchup – Pay Only $5 and Get $4 ExtraBucks

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Here is just one way you can use your Glade Coupons at CVS this week to take advantage of the $4 ExtraBucks deal when you spend $12 on participating Glade products.

If you need to learn how to roll over ExtraBucks read below!

Buy (2) Glade Sense & Spray starter kits at $5 each
Use (2) $3.50/1 Glade Sense & Spray starter kit coupons

Buy (1) Glade Fabric & Air Odor Eliminator at $3.00
Use (1) $1/1 Glade Fabric & Air Odor Eliminator coupon

Your total before coupons is $13.00 (plus tax)
Your total after coupons is $5.00 (plus tax)
If you have any ExtraBucks use them to pay this down!
Pay your remaining balance (after using any EB) and you will get $4 ExtraBucks in return to use on something else!

This is a great way to roll over any ExtraBucks you might be holding!

Example: I just got a $3 EB for buying getting FREE Skinny Cow with my raincheck. I also have $1 EB for using my Green Bag Tag. If I do this Glade deal (assuming my store has stock, which I doubt), I would use the printable coupons above to get the total down to $5, then I would use my $3 EB and my $1 EB to get my total down to $1. I would pay ONLY $1 (plus tax) OOP and I’d get $4 EB in return! See how it works? The whole thing would cost me just a buck and I’d still have $4 left in EB! That’s called rolling over your ExtraBucks! If you have $5 worth of EB, you can use all $5 to pay this down to nothing, then get $4 back! Cool, huh?

NOTE: you can only do the Glade Spend $12 Get $4 EB deal once per CVS card.

Thanks for the match up We Use Coupons!

I will have some CVS shopping scenarios later with ways to use these coupons. But print NOW because some will go away quick! I need more coffee before I do math :O)
