I will be providing step-by-step matchups for the GM sale at Shaw’s over the next week (read about the GM sale here), but if you feel like trying your hand at doing some matchups all on your own, now is the perfect time to give it a shot! To do your own matchups, you will need the Shaw’s flyer or you can use the scanned images below provided by We Use Coupons. Let’s do a matchup together… let’s do Multi Grain Cheerios! Find Multi Grain Cheerios on the Shaw’s flyer (back page of actual flyer). You will see the price is $1.99 but if you buy 10 participating items, the price will drop to $1.49. If you can find a coupon for $.75 off 1 box, that coupon will double to $1.50 off at Shaw’s and the cereal will be free! Click here to open my coupon database (the link can always be found in the header of my blog) Type cheerios in the search box then click on search (the fewer words you use, the more results you will get) Scroll down to see the various available coupons. I see that Que Rica Vida has a $.75/1 Multi Grain Cheerios coupon. That coupon will double to $1.50 off at Shaw’s, so that means free cereal! If you plan on shopping the $5 Instant Savings GM sale at Shaw’s (read about it here), you will want to print the coupons on the Que Rica Vida site. The site is in Spanish so it can be difficult to sign up. Below are some instructions to help you get through it. In case you are wondering… yes, you can use these coupons because they print out in both Spanish and English! And the best thing is this site provides additional prints! That means if you already printed from bettycrocker.com or pillsbury.com (both powered by coupons.com), you can still print on Que Rica Vida and get even more coupons! You might want print all the coupons before the print limits run out (they do run out on that site). There are not too many, usually only about 12 coupons total, and I see at quick glance that a lot of them will come in handy for the sale. Be sure you also check page 2 for more coupons. The expiration date goes out 30 days from time you print. You get 2 prints per computer. On the next page click on Registrate on the top right Fill out the information Then click on the Ahorros tab at the top of the page. The coupons should load. Select your coupons then click Imprimir Cupones to print. If you get logged out, next time you visit click on Ya eres miembro Ingresa at the right top of the page then enter email and contrasena is your password then click on Ingresar. Shaw’s is having a $5 Instant Savings General Mills sale starting Friday, 2/17 running through Thursday, 2/23. If you buy 10 participating items, mix and match, you will get $5 deducted from your total immediately! You can also use coupons on the items you buy to get even better savings! There is no limit for this GM sale. If you buy 20 items you will get $10 off, 30 items you will get $15 off, etc. If you are new to couponing, I suggest you buy just 10 items at a time so you can be sure you get your $5 off. If you don’t get the savings, it will be easy to see where the deal went wrong. Small transactions = fewer headaches! Below is a scan of the flyer (provided by We Use Coupons) showing the items that are participating in the GM sale. Please be aware that not all flavors, size, etc., are participating. If you buy one wrong item, you will not get your $5 off. Ask your manager if they have a GM sale handout. It lists all participating items by UPC. HELPFUL TIP: I will be posting coupon matchups throughout this sale. Sign up for my daily email so you don’t miss a deal! Look for the subscribe box under my face on this page.
