Easy Slow Cooker Three Bean and Turkey Chili
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (25 to 28 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 cans (15 oz each) chili beans in sauce
1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, undrained
1 1/2 to 2 cups leftover chopped cooked turkey
2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Spray a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker.
Step 2: Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until chili is hot.
Darlene’s Tip: You could just as easily heat this up on the stove top for a quicker meal!
