What I Ate Yesterday – Day 4

Yesterday – Sunday 11/20 – Day 4

When I got up, I had coffee with heavy cream.

Around 2:30pm, I ate the lovely meat concoction you see above. I ate every bit of it.  It consisted of bacon, ground beef, a steak that I sliced up, and I cut up a pork chop so it would cook faster.  I also threw in the bone so I could gnaw off the bits of fat and meat on that bone like the cave woman that I am. So good!

Then as you can see, I topped that with a hunk of butter.  My newest and most exciting concoction is buttered meat!!! Whatever juice is left on the plate when I’m done, I drink it right off the plate. Yup!

Around 7:00pm, I picked on a bit of roast beef. Not much.

Around 10:00pm, I took a swig of light cream.

Around 1:00am, I picked on more roast beef.  Again, not much.

I also drank water. And I had tons of energy.

I cooked for my mother yesterday so I could freeze her food for the week. I didn’t taste one bit of it. Did not even lick my fingers!  I was not tempted in the least.  You can see that here.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  beef (ground, roast and steak), pork (bacon and chop), butter, heavy cream, light cream, coffee, water.

I’m on a mission to feel better mentally… without cravings!!! I’m willing to test this so you don’t have to! But what works for me might not work for you. I’m not doing this to lose weight. I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
