Yesterday – Tuesday 11/22 – Day 6

When I got up, I had coffee with heavy cream. I do that every day.

Around 2:30pm, I had the best meal that I’ve had so far. I had a spare rib that was to die for!!! (And many of you think this is going to kill me, so let’s assume “to die for” was an intended pun.)  You can watch this quick video to see how I made this meal, and I list the meats I ate below.  I did not eat all that was on my plate. But I for sure ate the entire rib. There was nothing left on that bone when I was done with it.

At 5:00pm, I had a cup of decafe with a bit of heavy cream. That’s the first time I do that since eating this way, but I was so in the mood for it.  And it was good. So good.

At 8:00pm, I grabbed my bag of deli roast beef and my container of leftovers that I cooked above (I cooked enough for maybe 3 or 4 days) and I plopped down on the couch.  I munched on that until I was satisfied.  I saved the other rib for today. Can’t wait!

Some time before bed, maybe 11:30pm-ish, I ate a bit more roast beef and had my usual swig of light cream. Then I hit the hay totally content!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  beef (ground, eye round, rump roast, deli roast), pork (rib, bacon), butter, heavy cream, light cream, coffee, water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
