What I Ate Yesterday – Day 9

Some want to know what I eat between meals or what I snack on. The answer is nothing. I’m listing exactly what I eat below. Nothing else has entered my mouth, not even a lick of something else. I have zero desire for anything else. Preparing food for my mother does not tempt me at all.

Yesterday – Friday 11/25 – Day 9

When I got up, I had my cup of coffee with heavy whipping cream. I do this every day.

At 4:00pm:  I had a very stressful day yesterday, and I had zero appetite.  But I knew I had to eat. I warmed up some of my Thanksgiving meat mix leftovers.  I warm that in a pan on the stove top with a more water and a bit more butter.  I did not take a picture, but it looked a lot like this meal, except no drumstick. Once I started eating, it felt very good to eat. I drank all the remaining juice from my pie plate. So classy.

At 8:30pm, I reheated the cup of decafe with HWC (heavy whipping cream) that I made earlier and completely forgot about.  My emotions were all over the place. I don’t even remember fixing that cup of coffee. I hope it was not from the day before! lol

At 9:30pm, I ate some roast beef. Tried a different kind. This one was from Roger’s Supa Dollar. Not sure I’d get that one again. So far, Hannaford is still my fave. I’m going to keep shopping around. It’s fun to test deli roast beef!

At 1:30am, I ate a decent amount of turkey straight out of the storage bag, cold from the fridge. It was actually my “dinner” meal. I was so off kilter yesterday, so that’s why I ate so late. But that does not matter.  When hungry, eat meat. When full, stop. Time of day or night does not matter.

After that meal, I had a gulp of light cream and a gulp of heavy cream. That is like my sleeping pill or nightcap, you could say. So incredibly satisfying!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  turkey (white and dark), beef (ground, deli roast), pork (ground, bacon), butter, cream (heavy and light), coffee (instant, reg and decafe), water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
