Wicked Easy 2-Ingredient Butterscotch Fudge Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups butterscotch morsels (like this, use any brand)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (like this, use any brand)

DIRECTIONS:

1: Line 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with waxed paper or cooking parchment paper.

2: In 2-quart saucepan, heat 2 1/2 cups butterscotch chips and 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk) over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted.

3: Remove from heat. Spread in baking dish and refrigerate about 4 hours or overnight. Cut as desired.

Darlene’s Tips:  We always just poured fudge out onto a large buttered plate. Go ahead and try that if you want.  Or if you’re afraid it will run over the edge, you can use a cookie sheet with sides. If you want perfect squares, then use a baking dish as directed. You can try this recipe with any flavor morsels!  Add chopped nuts if you want. I’d like to make this for my mother and also add coconut. Might be a future concoction!  This type of fudge might be fairly soft, so you can keep in the fridge to keep it more firm. You can also freeze for later.
