Barb, I tried to email you but it bounced back. Here is the wording “All MFG internet coupons valued at $5.00 or more, including BOGO internet coupons valued at $5.00 or more, may be accepted based upon managerial review and approval.” That means you only need approval if they are valued at $5.00 or more. Under $5 no approval needed. You can see the policy under Coupons in my blog header.
