Darlene, this was at the Lewiston store that the one lady bought 92 Milford Valley Chicken. My hubby and I did not see any cones for $1.49. Maybe Auburn Shaws will have it. Thanks for the quick response. Love your site!!
That’s crazy! I wonder if they doubled all those coupons for her? It’s possible that she pre-ordered. I hope she plans on sharing! LOL I hope you find the Joy cones. Gives us a good excuse to buy ice cream… lol
No she didn’t. The manager told me that they weren’t even aware of the sale or the coupons out for it. Not sure if they doubled them. I sent my hubby to the Auburn store Monday to get the chicken for us. I asked that they hold 8 pkgs for us when the next shipment arrived. The only thing that went wrong was that he forgot to make sure that they double the coupons, so now I need to go to the service desk went I do my next trip and have them fix the error. Just wish I could get him to read all the instructions that I write on the index card. I had asked him to make sure they double them. Oh well still got a great deal, thanks to the head’s up and it can be fixed. Thanks for all you do! Jan
Where in the store are folks finding the Joy ice cream cones on sale. We found the cones but no sale posted on the shelves. Also couldn’t find the Kikomann deal either. I had printed both sets of coupons. Cheap cones and free sauce would be awesome. Had to get rain check for the chicken. A grocery manager told me the a lady had purchased 92 packages at once. How is that possible without a pre order?
Hi Jan, the cones are not on sale, just regular price of $1.49 and in Sanford they are all out. The Kikkoman packets are in the Asian asile. And 92 packages is a bit much! Was this in Sanford???
