Here is my shopping list for Shaw’s on Friday

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Below is my Shaw’s shopping list for Friday. If you want to try this deal, you can do it 1/4 through 1/7 (four days only). You might want to wait until after I do it so I can report how it turned out.  Some of these coupons may no longer be available, so hopefully you printed them! You would need to print from 2 computers to follow this deal.

Please be forgiving if I’m completely wrong about all this! This is the first time Shaw’s throws all these deals and coupons at us (we didn’t get the previous WOW deals in my area) and I’m as confused as you are. If I were still a drinking girl, I’d be falling down drunk right now!

Be sure you activate all your savingstar ecoupons!

This is what I’m buying and the coupons I’m using…

(4) boxes Multi Grain Cheerios on sale for $1.88 each (qualifies for bonus item coupons)
        (4) $.85/1 coupons
        total $.72 after coupons double

(1) box Clementine on sale for $3.99 (qualifies for bonus item coupons)
        (1) $1/1 store coupon
        total $2.99

(2) Scott toilet paper 12-rolls on sale for $5.88 each (qualifies for bonus item coupons)
        (2) $1.25/1 coupons (NLA)
        total $9.26

(4) bags Chex Mix on sale for $1.50 each
        (4) $.60/1 coupons
        total $1.20 after coupons double

(4) Stretch Island Fruit Chews at $.69 each
        (4) $.75/1 coupons (should double to the regular price of $.69 with no overage)

(4) Yoplait Lactose Free yogurts on sale for $.50 each
        (4) $.30/1 coupons
FREE after coupons double (with $.40 overage for some of us, we get it in Sanford)

(2) Yoplait Greek yogurts on sale for $1.00 each
        (1) $.60/2 coupons
        total $.80

(14) Yoplait yogurt cups on sale for $.50 each (8 will be Simplait)

total $.60 after coupons double (if your store allows overages, Sanford does)

(1) Essential Everyday item as close to $1.50 as I can get (bagels are $1.50!)
        (1) $1.50/1 bonus coupon
FREE (there are plenty of EE items to choose from to make it free)

(1) Wild Harvest item as close to $2.00 as I can get
        (1) $2.00/1 bonus coupon
hopefully free or close to free

(1) Equaline item as close to $2.50 as I can get
        (1) $2.50/1 bonus coupon
I’m sure we can pick something up for free

(1) Culinary item as close to $2.50 as I can get
        (1) $2.50/1 bonus coupon
hopefully free or close to free

I have more stuff on my list but I’m saving that for another transaction on Saturday, if I survive that long.

Looks like my total is $15.17

NOTE: The way the fine print in the flyer is worded, it looks like these sale items are not supposed to be included in the $10 minimum. But, I’m going with my scenario just the same. I really think it’s enough to let all the sale prices stick (it all depends on the register and different stores may have different results). I’ll let you know how it works out!

I will get these SavingStar refunds:

$.50 for Chex Mix
$.75 for Cheerios
$.50 for Yoplait Greek yogurt
$.40 for Yoplait yogurt
total refund is $2.15

I used the coupon on the pasta….costs alot but they still took off the full $2.50, and the pasta is only $1.89…lots of different varieties.

    Hi Darlene,
I tried to use the Culinary Circle coupon but the only item I could find was pizza. I asked at the Service Desk and we asked the grocery lady(I think her name is Denise). We couldn’t come up with any other Culinary Circle items. If you find any, please let me know. Thanks

  • Good Luck!!!! Hopefully it works out the way you have planned!! I will be waiting to see your results!! 🙂
