My Sunday paper only had the Progresso coupon listed at $1/4 Progesso soups!!! Why does it not say $0.50/2 Progresso soups?

I think I must be off this morning, but the advertised price is 10 for $10. How can they limit only to 4 . To me this does not make sense. Maybe I am missing something.
