A few ways to do the $5/5 Kraft Instant Savings Sale at Shaw’s thru 3/7

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

I’m finally getting around to posting some of these $5/5 Kraft deals you can do at Shaw’s this week.  What I don’t like is that many of them rely on insert coupons.  If you shop late in the week, you still have time to get your hands on some of the coupons if you want.

The way this sale works is this… you buy any (5) participating Kraft items and you will get $5 off at the register. There is no limit, which means if you buy 20 participating items in one transaction, you will get $20 off at the register!

Here are some $5/5 Kraft Instant Savings scenarios you can do at Shaw’s 3/1 – 3/7:

Buy (5) Philadelphia Cooking Creme at $1.49 each AFTER Instant Savings

Use (5) $0.75/1 Philadelphia Cooking Creme in 2/10 SS (exp 3/16) or HERE (mch) or HERE (dede)
4 coupons will double to $1.50, 1 will stay at $.75
Final price is $.75 for 5 so only $.15 each!
If you have the $1/1 in the 2/10 SS use (4) $.75/1 and (1) $1/1 and pay $.09 each

Buy (5) Jell-O Refrigerated Desserts at $1.49 each AFTER Instant Savings

Use (5) $1/1 Jell-O Refrigerated Snack in 3/3 SS (exp 3/31)
Final price is @2.45 for 5 so only $.49 each!

Buy (5) Philadelphia Indulgence Cream Cheese Spread at $1.49 each AFTER Instant Savings

Use (4) $0.55/1 Philadelphia Indulgence Cream Cheese Spread in 1/27 SS (exp 3/2)
coupons will double to $1.10 off
Use (1) $1/1 Philadelphia Indulgence Cream Cheese Spread in 1/27 SS (exp 3/2)
Final price is $2.05 for 5 so only $.41 each!

Buy (5) Kraft Fresh Take Cheese & Breadcrumb Mix at $1.99 each AFTER Instant Savings

Use (5) $1/1 Kraft Fresh Take printable or in 2/10 SS (exp 3/31) or HERE (mch) or HERE (dede)
Final price is $4.95 for 5 so only $.99 each!

If you want to do a mix and match, you could do this for 15 items:

Buy (4) Philadelphia Cooking Creme at $1.49 each AFTER Instant Savings
Buy (4) Jell-O Refrigerated Desserts at $1.49 each AFTER Instant Savings
Buy (4) Philadelphia Indulgence Cream Cheese Spread at $1.49 each AFTER Instant Savings
Buy (3) Kraft Fresh Take Cheese & Breadcrumb Mix at $1.99 each AFTER Instant Savings
Use (4) $0.75/1 Philadelphia Cooking Creme in 2/10 SS (exp 3/16) or HERE (mch) or HERE (dede)
coupons will each double to $1.50 off
Use (4) $1/1 Jell-O Refrigerated Snack in 3/3 SS (exp 3/31)

  • And…one more on this.

When I went to Shaw’s this morning there was a coupon dispenser on the case for the Kraft Fresh Take for $.55/1 (which becomes $1.10 with doubling). So with the Kraft deal and the coupon, they are only $.89 each!

  • I know I already posted but…if you don’t mind the sugar-free jell-o (and yes, the sugar-free is included on the Kraft deal), using the $.75 off of two coupon from coupons.com gives you an extra dollar in savings!

I received a catalina coupon from Shaws today when I bought 4 Cracker Barrel cheese and 1 Fresh Take cheese. The catalina was for $1.00 off one Fresh Take cheese. So I couldv’e used that to do another Buy 5 Get $5.00 off deal. Maybe later in the week. Jan M

  • Hey all,

I went with 8 Jell-o pudding/gelatin packs (4 coupons from coupons.com), three of the Fresh Take Bread and Cheese things (tried the Four Cheese hamburger one tonight and it was delicious…3 coupons from coupons.com), 2 blocks of Cracker Barrel cheese (2 coupons from crackerbarrelcheese.com), and one each of the Philadelphia Cooking Creme and Indulgence spread (both coupons from the Sunday paper a few weeks ago). Worked like a charm!

I had not printed these so didn’t see the wording. “Redeem at” can mean only at Publix. Other stores may take it if they want, but it’s not the same as “redeemable at” which is just a suggestion. “Redeem at” is pretty much the same as “redeem only at” but again, each store is different. Until they put it in writing, feel free to use “redeemable at” even with another store logo as long as your store takes it.

Dan made a post on the Shaw’s Facebook page last week or the week before… if there is a store logo on a manufacturer’s coupon, Shaw’s can’t accept it. It seems they have trouble getting reimbursed. However, last I knew this wasn’t written policy and I know some stores still accept them (mine doesn’t). So YMMV.

The Kraft Cracker Barrel coupons I printed do not say “redeem at Publix. Either way these should be able to use as mine are also manufacturer’s coupons.

Thanks for the tip- I just signed up and printed 4! I just used a Florida zip code so I could sign up.

There’s also some printables for $1/1 any Kraft cheese product (including Cracker Barrel, Shredded, or Fresh Take) from Publix’s Cooking with Kraft website. They do print with a “Redeem at Publix” line, but are manufacturer coupons, and don’t specify that they can only be redeemed at Publix. I was able to print 4 and use them today no problem.
