Shaw’s will have a $5/5 Kraft Instant Savings sale starting Friday, 3/29. In case you are not familiar with this type of sale, what it means is that if you buy 5 participating items in a single transaction, mix and match, you will get $5.00 OFF instantly at the register!
There is no limit to this sale. Buy 5 items, get $5 off. Buy 10 items, get $10 off. Just be sure you buy in groups of 5 and also be sure you pick the exact items that are part of the sale.
TIP: Do yourself (and the cashier) a favor by sending your Kraft items through the scanner first. After each group of 5, check the screen to see if it deducted your $5.00. There are times that the discount does not come off so you need to watch the screen!!! I suggest if you are new, do one transaction with just 5 items so you can get a feel for how it works.

There is a coupon for $1/1 Crackerbarrel cheese at crackerbarrelcheese.com. I also found a display in my Shaw’s with $1/1 coupons for Freshtakes. Be aware, my Shaw’s did not automatically take the $5 off when I bought 5 Kraft items. The manager had to put them in by hand and didn’t know why it didn’t work. She had to put all of my coupons in by hand,too. Two of them from the Smart Source insert came up as counterfeit! She forced those through for me. It took 20 minutes just to get all of my coupons scanned. Luckily the lady behind me was very patient. She commented that ‘life is to short to get upset over a little wait’. God bless her.
Hi Darlene- there is a get 1 off if you buy 3 cans of hunts tomatoes and 1 kraft grated parm cheese out there too. It was from an insert, I have no idea when. I’m kind of curious if I can use one of the .55 off 2 hunts tomatoes with it? Prob not but I wonder if its worth a try…
It all depends on how that coupon is worded. If it says $1 off tomatoes wyb cheese, then no. If it says $1 off tomatoes and cheese, then no. If it says $1.00 off cheese wyb tomatoes, then YES, you could also use coupons on the tomatoes because the first coupon is only for the cheese.
I had a $1/1 Triscuits coupon and a BOGO free coupon. The manager said that I could only use one of them. Have you had this problem, too? I would think you could use the $1 off the one you bought and then use the BOGO coupon for the second one. They always let me do this at other stores. What’s up with Shaw’s lately?
I found in my binder a coupon $1.50 off any 1 Gevalia coffee. Expires 04/06/13. Also another $1.00/1 peelie. Wish I could remember where I found the latter one. If my memory (fat chance), comes back to me, I will post that info too. Jan M.
I think the $1/1 cracker barrel printable on their website (http://www.crackerbarrelcheese.com/) has reset! I printed this for the Kraft sale back in February. They hadn’t reset for the sale earlier this month, but they just printed for me now (glad I checked!).
I just wish they had a few more varieties at my Shaw’s. The Vermont cheddar is nice, but I’ve had their cracked black pepper variety before and it was amazing.
the $2 off chicken coupon confuses me. Does it have to be fresh chicken or can it be any type of chicken?
If it does not specifically state fresh, then chicken is chicken! 🙂
then you could probably pair it with the 2.99 anytizers sale and get chicken for .99

Fellow Darlene followers, I just got back from a trip at Shaws and there is a q display for Cracker Barrel up , 1/2 not great but better than nothing if u didn’t get the other q in the newspaper. Keep ur eyes peeled. Thanks Darlene for putting this together!
