Newbie Tuesday – How many computers should you own to print coupons?
Readers often email me to ask how many computers I have. Since most coupon sites only allow us to get 2 prints per computer (per computer, not per printer), I often hear, “you must have 10 computers to print all those coupons!” Nope! I have only two computers. I do also have an iPad, so if coupons.com has something I really want (get the free app), I’ll print 2 more coupons from my iPad.
I think two computers is enough for any family, and you can certainly build a decent stockpile printing from just one. However, we often need 3 or 4 like coupons to do a deal, so owning two computers is ideal.
Don’t run out and buy lots of computers until you know for sure you will stick with couponing. Then if you feel you want to print more, you can look online to pick up a cheapie refurbished laptop just for the sake of printing. You can also get great coupons from the coupon clippers which is an excellent way to stock up. No printing needed!

Yes, I bought a cheapie wireless from walmart just to use for printing with my iPad. I also use it to scan the Shaw’s flyer… so it was a very good investment! lol
