Here is an awesome cookie recipe using cake mix!
Ingredients:
1 cake mix, any flavor
1/2 cup butter, margarine or shortening, softened
1 Tablespoon water
2 eggs
Powdered sugar (optional)
Heat oven to 375. In large bowl, combine cake mix, butter, water and eggs; mix well. Form dough into 1-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar (if desired). Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375 for 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are set. Cool and remove from cookie sheet. Makes 48 cookies.
While still hot, add a small peppermint patty or other decoration. They are delicious and so easy to make!
