Heads up Ladies, in The One Spot @ Target, there are $1 bottles of Yes To Carrots lotion. They’re ringing in at $.50 each today too! Woot!! That’s a $3.00 OVERAGE!!
When you have an overage and nothing else to buy, what do they do?
I just tried to redeem it at target and they said they cannot take it because it said Walgreens on it. I said but it says it’s a manufactures coupon and they said no because in the print it says redeem at Walgreens
Aww that’s a bummer!! The MOD at the Augusta store let me use them. To answer your first question, you have to pick other items to use up the overage or it won’t accept your coupons.
I am curious – this is the fist time I have seen “redeemable at Walgreens” in the print for reimbursement for the store. Normally if it just says “redeem at”(a specific store) on the side I would agree, that’s just a suggestion but this time, Its in the text for redemption in how the store submits for reimbursement.
If it’s a manufacturer coupon, then you can use it wherever manufacturer coupons are accepted unless that store has a specific policy against taking coupons with a mention of another store. Some cashiers say they can’t take it because they think it’s a store coupon. But it’s not.
For sure that is the norm but this was in the redemption policy on the coupon -I’ve never seen that before in a regular manufacturer coupon that advertises ” redeem at certain stores” I know what your saying is true normally but this is the first time its in the redemption part. If you look, its different then they used to be.
This coupons prints “redeemable at Walgreens”. I will still try to use it at Walmart but not sure.
You can absolutely use it at Walmart. Redeemable at Walgreens just means it’s redeemable at Walgreens. It does not mean ONLY at Walgreens. It’s redeemable at Walmart too, and Shaw’s, and CVS or wherever. 🙂
