I’m so totally excited to see the corn on the cob sales starting up!!!  Yay!!! We will have a good sale at Shaw’s over the long weekend, 5/23 thru 5/26 (4 Day Sale).  You can snag 10 ears for only $1.77, so just 18¢ per ear!  I will be buying at least 2 dozen. How about you?

TIP: You can keep corn for a long time in the fridge. Leave them in the husk and put them in the crisper or right there on the shelf.  You can spray them with a mist of water now and then if you want.
