READING MATERIAL:   Zero Carb Interview: Dr. Paul Mabry, M.D. and you can visit Dr. Mabry’s Born to Eat Meat website here. (yes, a doctor, imagine that!)

REMINDER:  I’m not doing this to lose weight!  In fact, I’ll be shocked if I ever lose weight eating this way! lol.  I know many of the ZC vets who have lost weight eating meat only say they gained at first and that weight loss was slow going. But many of them have also kept all their weight off and have been happily eating this way for years!  I’m in this for the health benefits, mainly for my mental health.  However, I promised I would weigh myself on New Year’s Day for the curious minds, and I am still planning on doing that, so stay tuned!

Yesterday – Monday 12/19 – Day 33

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.

At 1:30pm, I was in the mood for a burger!  I made one.  I would have made it bigger, but that was all the groud beef that I happened to have that was not frozen.  Since that burger was not enough (I would have made an entire plate-sized burger), I added the rest of my leftovers from yesterday’s lunch, which included a half eaten pork chop plus various other meats ( listed below).  All cooked in lovely butter.

At 6:00pm, I had a cup of decafe with hwc.

At 7:00pm, I sliced up some beef and some of my pork tenderloin.  I cooked that in butter and also added bacon. I ate a nice plateful of that concoction.

At Midnight, I suddenly wanted eggs.  I cooked 6 eggs in butter and ate every bit of that.  Had a swig of cream then off to bed I went!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  ground beef, pork chop, hot sausage, chicken, beef slices, beef liver, bacon, pork tenderloin, eggs, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

You can watch THIS VIDEO to learn why I’m doing this.

This is the facebook group I’m in.  It’s a public group so you can read the posts without joining.

I will be talking about this new way of life often on my Youtube channel, so please subscribe and you won’t miss a thing!

This is the article that I stumbled upon by Kelly Hogan which got me immensely excited.   And this is Kelly’s blog.

PLEASE READ: Please remember that it’s MY CHOICE to eat the way I want. If you think this is unhealthy, know I’m not as concerned with physical health. I’m more concerned with my mental health. I’m on a mission to feel better mentally… without cravings!!! I’m willing to test this so you don’t have to! But what works for me might not work for you. I’m not doing this to lose weight. I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
