It’s Wednesday!
It’s another gray and rainy day. It’s supposed to be like this for a few days. How freaking awesome for me!
Today I must pick up milk. And I need meat! I have no clue what Roger’s has on sale so I will go there. Expect a Car Vlog video later!
Yesterday I uploaded an Easy Quilt Block – Top Stitched Stripes that I was not thrilled with, but it gave me some ideas for future blocks. I just love experimenting! I know some might prefer it if I practiced first and only showed quilt blocks that I feel are good, but I’m finding out that for the most part, people love to watch my process and don’t really give a shit how the end product turns out. Yay for the process! Mistakes and all!
Last night I also recorded a Potty Mouth Nightcap for my patrons! Just love, love, love this new and super exciting patreon adventure that I’m on. It is giving me so many ideas for exclusive content. It will take a lot of time to build my network of patrons up, but I’m feeling confident that I can do it. After all, I’m willing to put in the work and I’m very patient about reaping the rewards. I think my youtube journey has proven that. And just so you know, my patreon is not just all about swearing. I provide more than that… but yeah, swearing is usually involved. Do love that!
I’m thinking that after a bit, I might start a youtube series about Patreon Updates like I do for my Youtube Earnings. I bet it would help many creators and artists out there to better understand Patreon. First, I have to learn more about Patreon. But I think there is an idea in there! For now, I’m providing you with updates right here on the blog. See below!
I would absolutely love to start on my denim/muslin quilt tutorial. I got both my fabrics but I really have not clue what I want to do. I have too many ideas and need to just pick one. But that is coming soon! The muslin is still available. The denim I purchased is not, but this is similar.
I have lots to do so let’s just move on to the usual stuff…
Patreon Update: For some reason, the stats on Patreon are delayed. Or maybe they only show certain pledges, like not all the tiers? I still don’t understand how it all works. But my actual current stats are 112 patrons with $141 for monthly pledges. Not bad considering I only started 6 days ago! If you join (it starts at just a buck per month) you will get immediate access to my exclusive videos and my chit chat type vlogs. Just remember… potty mouth.
