Total earned from these 10 videos in one week is $462.82

That’s a nice little increase from the previous week.  I’ll take it!  April is just not performing well.  I looked back and for the past 3 years, April was my worst month.

Every time I mention in my videos that earnings or views are down, my viewers always love to find a way to let me know why that’s happening. And none of them are correct. lol  Also, I never asked for advice… sooooooo…. ugh.

It’s NOT the swearing.  It’s simply not.  Not only is swearing allowed and fully monetized, but there are advertisers who prefer that edge and are willing to pay more to have their ads land on the edgy videos. 

When creators upload videos, we have to check a box with the level of swearing we do in the video so youtube knows which ads to place on the videos. I’ll have to do a video about this because there are many youtubers out there getting the wrong info and then that wrong info spreads.  It’s all good. Youtube understands the value of swearing.

In fact, youtube just changed their check boxes to increase the level and amount of swearing we can do.  It used to be that if we swore in the first 30 seconds of the video, we got limited ads (but remember, some of those ads, while limited, might pay more) but now swearing twice in the first 30 seconds is elegible for all ads.

I purposely swear in about half my videos because I want the edgy, and sometimes higher paying ads, on my videos.  Also, I just fucking love to swear.
