3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe – Easy One Bowl Microwave Melt and Pour Method

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups white vanilla baking chips
1 can (14.5 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 cup peanut butter (not natural)

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Line 8-inch square pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

2:  Place 3 cups white vanilla baking chips, 1 can (14.5 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated), and 1/2 cup peanut butter (not natural) in large microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High in 1-minute increments, stirring well between each, until melted and smooth. This may take several minutes.

3:  Spread immediately in pan. Let stand at least 2 hours to set before cutting or refrigerate to speed up setting process.

Darlene’s Tips: You could experiment and try this with peanut butter morsels. You could also add some chocolate morsels on top after pouring into the pan (push then down a bit). Use chunky peanut butter if you want some nuts or add chopped peanuts or nuts of your choice. And try this… refrigerate cut pieces of fudge and dip the tops into melted chocolate (or melted morsels of your choice)!  You can keep this fudge refrigerated if it gets too soft.

Cherry Pie Cookie Squares Recipe – Just 2 Store-Bought Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
1 cup cherry pie filling (from 21 oz can)
optional: 2 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 350ºF. Line 8-inch square pan with cooking parchment paper.

2:  Reserve 1/2 cup of the cookie dough. Press remaining cookie dough in bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes.

3:  Carefully spoon pie filling evenly onto baked base. Crumble reserved cookie dough onto filling. Optional: sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar if desired.

4:  Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows.

Darlene’s Tips: Instead of cinnamon sugar, you could sprinkle with plain sugar, brown sugar, sugar sprinkles or no sugar is fine too. You could also mix coconut flakes with the cherry pie mix if you like and chopped nuts! And you might want to add some chocolate morsels for a chocolate covered cherries flavor.  Have fun and experiment!

Awesomely Easy Apple Pie Cups Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (13 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated flaky cinnamon rolls with icing
1 1/3 cups more fruit apple pie filling (from 21-oz can), coarsely chopped

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.

2:  Separate dough into 8 rolls. Press into and up sides of muffin cups creating a hole in center.

3:  Spoon 2 generous tablespoons pie filling into each dough-lined cup.

4:  Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown; cool in pan 5 minutes.

5:  Transfer icing to small microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on Low 8 to 10 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle. Place rolls on serving plate; spoon icing over rolls. Serve warm.

Darlene’s Tips: Want more icing?  Just put some powdered sugar in a cup or bowl and add a few drops of water or milk at a time until you get the consistency that you want. You can add a drop of food coloring too or any flavor extract. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
