Oh boy! Some shoppers are saying that their Shaw’s is telling them that they have to buy 10 of each item in the Mega Sale to get the sale price, not mix and match. If they are being told that, I would bet a pretty penny that Shaw’s is just confused! I asked Dan on Shaw’s facebook page about this sale just to be sure we were all on the same page. You can see the post here, but I also want you to print this snippet of what was said. If your Shaw’s tells you anything different, show them what Dan said. If they still give you a hard time, insist on seeing something in writing! If Shaw’s changed the way this sale is run, they would have to let the stores know via some sort of written communication. I can almost promise you it’s just a matter of them not know how the sale works! I’m sticking to what I was told, in writing, by Dan, whose word is what we are to go by! Listen up! I just got off the phone with Shaw’s and was able to confirm that Dr. Pepper TEN is included in their 3 Day Sale of coke products! And we just got a new coupon last night to go with that sale! NOTE: Do not confuse this deal with the Pepsi that is part of the Mega Sale. You do not have to buy 10 Dr. Pepper to get the sale price! But you have to shop no later than Sunday because they are part of the 3 Day Sale. And yes, Shaw’s accepts internet printed bogo coupons as long as they are under $5.00 value. More than $5.00 needs approval. Policy is here.
In case you don’t know… that’s a fantastic price! lol The only thing that would be better is if they go on BOGO sale, then we would get both for free. That can happen! My coupons printed with an expiration date of 9/30, so I’m holding out for freebie down the road. Yay! Those of you who have been following me for a while may know that my 90 year old mother is a candy bar freak! At one time, she had over 100 candy bars in her snack drawer. For real! And I paid next to nothing for them! Now I’m on a serious mission to get her stocked up again. I was able to pick up a few 3 Musketeers (they have coconut now!) and M&M’s about a week or so ago, but those are almost gone. So, I’m very excited about these new Twix coupons that just came out! I don’t have a deal for these coupons yet, but I’m printing NOW before they run out of prints. I will be on the hunt and will let you know what I find. I don’t know about you, but I HATE STATIC!!! I mean hate it with a passion. In the winter, I must have something on hand at all times in case static attacks! I mix 1 part liquid fabric softener with 3 parts water in a spray bottle and I spray away. I spray my clothing. I spray my carpets. I spray my bedding. I even spray the inside of my car!
