I don’t think I’ve ever seen a coupon for Nestle Crunch chocolate bars! But, we have one now! I’m not sure if these are on sale at Shaw’s or not. They usually have some kind of candy bars on sale for B2G1 or even B1G1. I would print this coupon before it goes bye bye! The chocolate bar coupons don’t usually stick around for long!

There is a high value $1/1 Spice Island coupon on SmartSource.com. Coupons.com has one too, but theirs is for $1/2, not $1/1. $1/2 is mega stinky compared to $1/1! WTG SmartSource!
I know there were a lot of spice sales at Shaw’s, so you might want to print this and take it with you next time you hit the store!

Facebook fan Tsveti was kind enough to remind me that Kashi has single serve cereal bowls at Shaw’s. They often go on sale for $1.00. Look for these bowls in the organic section and check the price because the sale is usually in-store and not advertised. If you are buying fruit anyway, you may as well pick up the cereal, especially if it’s on sale!
Here’s another thing, we sometimes get coupons for $1.00 any Kashi which makes those cereal bowls free when they are on sale. So, you might want to hang on to these $1.00 Fresh Fruit coupons for a bit and I will let you know when we can score a better deal!

I posted a deal for Spam and Eggs a few days ago, and if you are still holding those coupons, you will be able to do this deal at Shaw’s which will get you 2 dozen eggs instead of one dozen!

TIP: I boil Spam to get rid of the fat and salt. Then I use it in hash. I’ll be feeding that Bacon flavor to my mother with her eggs, which she just requested for lunch!

There is a new coupon in this vast world of couponing that will get you some free fresh fruit when you buy any one Kashi product. The best way to use this coupon is to find the cheapest Kashi item and hopefully use a coupon on that item. Then buy fruit that comes in at $1.00 or just over so you can get the fruit for free!
Does anyone know if Kashi has single granola bars? If so, that might be a terrific deal!

Shaw’s has Kashi cereal on sale for $3.49 and you could use this $2/2 Kashi Cereal coupon (50 points Recyclebank). And if you shop at Shaw’s, pick up your fruit in reduced to max out your savings! They’ve been having lots of fresh pineapples marked down to $1.50!

The Beech-Nut coupon is back! This coupon is for any Stage 4 or Stage 5 Beech-Nut product. That means you can pick up Fruities on the Go for FREE! I have gathered quite a collection of these fruit pouches. My granddaughter loves them! And I’ll have her here in just a couple of weeks! :O)

Shaw’s has a General Mills cereal sale going on that will get you some cheap cereal. I’m not sure which varieties are included, but since Original Cheerios are pictured in the ad, for sure those are! There is a new coupon out for Minute Rice that you really should print. I’m talking you really, really should print it! And get this… there are 2 separate links so you can print 4 coupons per computer! And there are no size restrictions!

Here are the Shaw’s store coupons! They are certainly holiday themed with lots of baking coupons. Take a look! There is one for pie filling. I’m not sure which deal would be better, Shaw’s brand with $1 off or this Lucky Leaf pie filling deal. If you are shopping for pie filling, be sure you compare!
