Shaw’s has Gold Medal Flour, 5 lbs, on sale for $2.50 this week. That flour is also part of the Buy 5 Get FREE Eggs deal. You can pick up just the flour, or you can also pick up 4 other items with it if you want the eggs.
TIP: Personally, I would only buy this flour if it’s cheaper than store brand after the coupon. Check the unit weights! The unit weight of Gold Medal after the coupon will be $2.00/5lb=$.40 per lb. Then look at the unit weight on the tag of the other brands. Buy the one that has the lowest unit weight! If the tags show the unit weights in ounces then multiple that by 16 to see how much per pound. Always have a calculator with you.

Shaw’s has a Unilever deal going on this week where you can pick up 10 participating items and get $5.00 instant savings at the register. I don’t see any printable coupons for the items except for the Skippy Peanut Butter (there were other coupons but they are gone now). But, that’s okay because you probably need peanut butter in your stockpile!
The only problem with this deal is you will need access to 3 computers to print out 5 coupons. This is when you ask friends to help you out! But, you need to be quick because the coupon can disappear at any time!
You might think 10 jars of peanut butter is extreme. It is! That’s how extreme couponing works! Next time you have an empty jar of peanut butter you will go to your stockpile instead of the store where you’d have to pay full price. Buy it cheap now so you don’t have to pay full price later!

Ooops! When I first posted this I figured it as all 5 coupons doubling, but only the first 4 will double. I worked the numbers again and that only affects the price by $.05 per jar so $1.05 each. (Thanks for pointing that out Sherrie!)

The last time I stocked up on peanut butter (it happened to be Skippy) I paid something like $1.60 per jar so $1.05 per jar is definitely a stock up price for me! But, I only have 2 computers so I can only print 4 coupons so I’ll be paying $1.10 per jar after coupons.

Shaw’s has a deal on Kellogg’s this week where if you buy 4 participating boxes of cereal you will get a receipt printed on your coupon for a FREE gallon of milk, up to $4.50! One of those cereals is Corn Pops!
What’s awesome about this sale is that you will most likely be picking up milk this week anyway to the tune of about $4.00. So, why not spend just $2 more and get 4 boxes of Corn Pops too! It’s a nice change of pace from General Mills cereal! :O)
First, you must register or log in to the Kellogg’s Family Rewards by clicking the image below, then click promotions and coupons at the top of that site, then look for online coupons in the left sidebar, then go to page 2 and you should find the coupon. If you are a cheese doodle fan, you might want to print this coupon that is hiding out on another zip code! If we hit a Wise BOGO sale at Shaw’s, this coupon will double to $1.50 off and will make for some cheap cheesy snacks that will turn your fingers orange!
UPDATE: I see that Shaw’s has Wise chips B1G1 FREE through the 8th, but not sure if the Cheez Doodles are too. It’s worth checking out!

Here are the new Shaw’s store coupons! I see they are offering $1.00 off potatoes again. I’m not sure if they are still 33% off, but $1.00 off is $1.00 off! I like the cherry tomato coupon too and the romaine since I sometimes find that stuff in reduced. I’ve been craving salad big time lately, so those coupons might come in handy for me. I hope something strikes your fancy too!
