Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb box of of your choice
3 cups shredded or pulled deli
1 cup crisply cooked and crumbled (9 to 11 slices)
2 cups blend (8 oz)
1 bottle (16 oz)

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.  Let it cool completely.

2:  In large bowl, add pasta, chicken, bacon and cheese. Toss to blend.

3:  Add ranch dressing, as little or as much as you want (see my tips below).  Mix until well blended. Store in refrigerator.

Darlene’s Tips:  The dressing will soak into the pasta if you are not serving right away. If you are serving later, you might want to add a bit more dressing just before serving. You could even wait to add all the dressing just before serving. You can use chopped instead of the shredded chicken (chicken, turkey, ham, whatever) and you could use for the bacon. Add whatever other ingredients you want, just plan on using more dressing.

1 roll (16.5 oz)
2 tablespoons melted , cooled (not margarine)
1/2 cup finely
1/4 cup
2 tablespoons firmly packed

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 350°F.  Break up cookie dough in large bowl.

2:  Add the cooled melted butter, pecans, flour and brown sugar to the cookie dough and stir with a spoon or knead with hands until well mixed.

3:  Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on large ungreased .

4:  Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 2 minutes then remove from cookie sheet to . Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips:  To make the optional glaze, start with about 1/3 cup of and add a teaspoon at a time of cooled melted butter and stir. Add more butter as necessary until you get a consistency you like. Too thin?  Add more powdered sugar. You can also make a simple glaze using powdered sugar and milk or water. Just remember to add a tiny bit of liquid at a time. You can try this recipe with other flavor cookie doughs and different nuts. You can add too!
