INGREDIENTS:
1 roll
3 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F.
2: Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
3: Break up cookie dough in a large bowl. Stir or knead in flour until well blended.
4: Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
5: Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute then remove from to .

Darlene’s Tips: For an even more snickerdoodle flavor, you can add some cinnamon to the dough when mixing in the flour. I would totally do that. You could also add some finely chopped nuts.

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist or cake mix
plus ater, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
6 oz , thawed (use ½ of 12 oz can)
3/4 cup
of your choice or
(see my tips below)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Make cake as directed on box for 13×9-inch pan. Cool 15 minutes.
2: Mix lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar. Pierce top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with long-tined fork, wiping fork occasionally to reduce sticking.
3: Drizzle lemonade mixture evenly over top of cake. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
4: Frost as desired or serve topped with whipped topping.

Darlene’s Tips: If traveling with the cake, you can bring a tub of whipped topping and just add a dollop to individual servings. You can also sprinkle with yellow decorator sugar or any yellow sprinkles. Serve with lemon sherbet and ice cold lemonade!

INGREDIENTS:
1 box (1 lb 2.3 oz)
2 tablespoons

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350° F. Spray bottom only of 13×9-inch pan with cooking spray.
2: In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, egg, cola and milk until well blended. Spread into pan.
3: Bake 24 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2-inches from side comes out clean or almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Top with frosting and nuts, if desired.

Darlene’s Tips: You can make a cola glaze for these brownies by mixing powdered sugar with a few drops of cola. Keep adding cola, a few drops at a time, until you get the consistancy you like. You can also add chopped nuts to the brownie mix if you want. Try this with cherry cola too! Or root beer! Or Dr. Pepper! Have fun experimenting!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups shredded
1 can (15 oz-ish) , drained and rinsed
1 can (10 oz)
1/2 cup
1 can (16.3 oz) Southern Homestyle refrigerated Buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)
1 cup shredded Mexican or Fiesta cheese blend (4 oz)
optional: chopped green onions for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
2: Add chicken, beans, enchilada sauce and salsa to a pot or pan and heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3 to 4 minutes or until hot. Spoon into baking dish.
3: Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
4: Add biscuit pieces to chicken mixture, stirring gently until pieces are coated.
5: Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until biscuits are deep golden brown and thoroughly baked. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top and bake 4 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.

Darlene’s Tips: Serve this topped with your favorite Mexican toppings, such as sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, guacamole, additional salsa, chopped fresh cilantro… whatever you like! If you like it hot, use hot salsa, hot enchilada sauce and add some jalapeno peppers.

I think it might be nice to fussy cut this panel into some big blocks! Or just use as a quilt top for a lap size quilt (add fabric on the sides to make it wider).

I have one of these panels on hand and it’s frigging BEAUTIFUL!!! I was able to measure the blocks for you.
You get 6 blocks per panel. They each measure about 11.25 inches square.
You also get 2 strips of border print each measuring about 24 inches by 2.5 inches.
