INGREDIENTS:
1
1/2 cup
1 cup , halved
1 cup
1 can (11 oz) , drained
1 can (8 oz) , drained
1 cup , sliced

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Mix pudding and whipped topping in a medium bowl.

2:  Gently stir in grapes, marshmallows, oranges and pineapple.

3:  Add strawberries and toss gently to coat.

4:  Serve immediately or store in refrigerator up to 8 hours.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can use any fresh fruit or berries that you like.  You can also use any canned fruit (drained) or frozen fruit (thawed and drained).  Toss in extra pudding and whipped topping as needed.

I’m in shock!  This update made me double check everything.  Oh, I pretty much do that anyway… ’cause, I’ve got some OCD issues when it comes to numbers.  But this time I double checked with my heart racing!

June is a different month for me.  It started out not that great but each week so far has gotten better.  Usually it’s the other way around. I’m not complaining!  Next update… who knows. I could tank.  If I go up, I will have to triple check. lol

Easy Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups
1/2 cup , softened
1 cup packed
1
1 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and egg until smooth. Add Bisquick and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

2: Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased about 2 inches apart.

3: Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set on edges and golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.

Darlene’s Tips:  If you don’t have brown sugar, go ahead and use white sugar. Add anything you want to the basic mix like chopped nuts, any flavor morsels, chunks of candy, raisins, whatever!

Quick & Easy Marinana Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 + 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pinch of sugar

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Mix all ingredients in a .

2:  Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3:  Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can make this sauce using any ingredients or seasonings you want simply by starting with the tomato paste and water as a base.  Use marinara sauce as pasta sauce or pizza sauce or as a warm dip for breadsticks, crackers, chicken wings or pizza!

3-Ingredient Ranch Chicken Wings Recipe – Baked, Not Fried

INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs (or frozen, thawed and drained)
2 tablespoons
1 package (1 oz) salad dressing & seasoning mix

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 425°F. Line two 15x10x1-inch with foil, and spray with cooking spray.

2: In large bowl, add chicken wings and oil and mix well. Stir in ranch dressing mix and toss to coat evenly.

3: Spread wings in pans. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and turn wings over. Return to oven, rotating pans, and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink and temperature at least 165°F.

Darlene’s Tips:  For hot and spicy wings, add a bit of to the mix. You can if you want them to be more crispy. Serve with ranch dressing or of your choice.

Easy Canned Peach Cobbler Recipe – Made with Bisquick

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup
1 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 cup , melted
1 cup sugar
1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches, drained

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 375°F.  Stir together Bisquick mix, milk and nutmeg in an ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) . Stir in butter until blended.

2:  Stir together sugar and peaches and spoon over batter.

3:  Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can add some chopped nuts to this recipe like pecans or walnuts. Add the nuts to the bisquick batter or to the peaches or just sprinkle them on top. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.  If you don’t have nutmeg, you can just skip that, or use cinnamon instead.  For a more robust flavor, try using instead of white, or use 1/2 cup of each. Experiment!
