INGREDIENTS:
1 box of your choice
2 very ripe bananas (small to medium)
1/2 cup melted

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Line with cooking . Grease bottom only of parchment paper with shortening or .
2: In medium bowl, mash bananas with fork. Stir in brownie mix, melted butter and eggs just until moistened. Pour batter into pan.
3: Bake 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes then remove loaf from pan to . Cool completely, about 3 hours.

Darlene’s Tips: You can add any chopped nuts of your choice and too. Spread warm slices (pop in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds) with frosting, whipped topping, pudding, peanut butter, cream cheese, yogurt, sour cream or butter. Experiment with toppings!

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups cereal
3 cups cereal

1/4 cup
1/2 cup (mild, hot or red hot)
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat oven to 250°F. Combine the cereals, rye chips, peanuts, cheese crackers and pretzels in a .
2: Melt the butter and mix it with the buffalo sauce.
3: Pour the buffalo mixture over the cereal mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the dry ranch dressing and mix it in.
4: Pour the mixture onto a and bake for about 45 minutes, stirring every fifteen minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz) , drained
1 can (14.5 oz)
1 can (4.5 oz)
1 package (1 oz)
2 teaspoons
4 oz (half of 8-oz package) , cut into cubes
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (8 oz)
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Homestyle
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13×9-inch () baking dish with cooking spray.
2: Cook beef over medium-high heat in for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink. Drain then return beef to skillet.
3: Add to the skillet the beans, corn, tomatoes, chiles, taco seasoning mix and chili powder. Heat to simmering.
4: Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted then remove from heat. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese. Pour mixture into the baking dish.
5: Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and place on top of the beef mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
6: Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and baked through.

Darlene’s Tips: You can easily change this recipe to add or elimate any ingredients that you want or don’t want. You can spice it up by using pepper jack cheese or adding cayenne pepper to the mix. You can skip the biscuits and serve in taco shells or wrapped in flour tortillas. Serve topped with sour cream and chopped fresh tomatoes, onions, black olives or whatever you like. This recipe also makes a great dip for nacho chips.

INGREDIENTS:
1 box (16 oz)
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1 1/4 cups (from 16 oz container)
1/2 cup , coarsely chopped
2 cups cereal
2/3 cup creamy
1 1/3 cups semisweet
DIRECTIONS:
1: Make and bake brownies as directed on box. Cool completely on , about 1 hour 30 minutes.
2: Frost brownies with frosting and sprinkle with peanuts. Refrigerate while making cereal mixture.
3: Measure cereal into and set aside.
4: In , melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Spread over frosted brownies.
5: Refrigerate about 1 hour or until set before cutting. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store in refrigerator.

Darlene’s Tips: Want it extra nutty? You can add 1/4 chopped nuts to the brownie mix and also to the cereal mix (or use chunky peanut butter). You can use any nuts of your choice. Want it insanely chocolately? Use chocolate frosting instead of vanilla and toss in some .
