INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS: 1: Drain the juice from the can of sweet potatoes and place the potato pieces in a blender. Puree until smooth. (You can just mash them with a if you don’t have a blender or food processor). 2: Pour the cake mix into a and add the sweet potato puree. Blend with an electric mixer until combined (or mix by hand). 3: Drop by large rounded tablespoons onto a and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool completely. 4: Spread some marshmallow fluff on the bottom side of one cookie and place another cookie on top to make a sandwich. INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. 2: Break up half of the cookie dough and place in an ungreased 8 or 9 inch pan. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. 3: Spread cream cheese mixture over dough. Crumble and sprinkle remaining half of dough over cream cheese mixture. 4: Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store in refrigerator. Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at ! Darlene’s Tips: To quickly soften cream cheese, unwrap and microwave it for 10 seconds at a time until just starting to be soft but not too warm. You can add other ingredients to the cookie dough like 1/2 cup chopped nuts or raisins or additional baking chips. You can also add ingredients to the cream cheese mixture like 1/2 cup coconut or some chopped dried fruit or berries (soak in water for a bit if you don’t want them as crunchy). You can use any flavor cookie dough.

INGREDIENTS: 1 can (25 to 28 oz)
2 cans (15 oz each) in sauce 1 can (15 oz) , undrained 1 can (15 oz) , undrained 2 cups leftover cooked meat (ground beef, turkey, chicken, ham, etc.) 3 tablespoons DIRECTIONS: 1: Dump everything in a pot and heat until hot. Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on and at ! Darlene’s Tips: You can heat this and keep it hot in a slow cooker for a potluck dinner. You can add any other ingredients you like, but maybe cook or saute them first, like onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. You could use diced tomatoes instead of crushed, or use a smaller can of each. For meat, if you don’t have leftovers, you could use any frozen meatballs (cut them up if desired). Top chili with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, if desired. Serve with biscuits or tortilla chips for dipping!

DIRECTIONS: 1: In large , beat mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. 2: Add cooked (and cooled) potatoes and stir to coat. 3: Add onino, bacon and cheese and gently stir to combine. 4: Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
