Double Butterscotch Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
1 box butterscotch instant pudding & pie filling mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
1 cup butterscotch chips
optional: 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F.
2: In large bowl, mix cookie mix, dry pudding mix, softened butter, water and egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Stir in butterscotch chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3: Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until edges are set. If desired, immediately sprinkle each cookie with sea salt. Cool 2 minutes then remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 20 minutes.
Darlene’s Tips: You can do this with any flavor instant pudding or candy morsels. Chocolate pudding with peanut butter morsels would be delish! You could 1/2 cup of chopped nuts too. Experiment!

Blueberry Pancakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 package
1 3/4 cups water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

DIRECTIONS:
1: Drain blueberries (reserve the liquid for syrup, see tips below). Rinse blueberries and set aside.
2: Stir muffin mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl just until blended. Gently stir blueberries into batter.
3: Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle for each pancake (spray griddle if necessary). Cook about 1 1/2 minutes or until golden. Turn and cook 1 minute until golden.
Darlene’s Tips: For extra special blueberry syrup, mix the reserved blueberry juice to about 3/4 cups of pancake syrup. It will add a hint of blueberry flavor! If you want thicker pancakes, decrease the water to 1½ cups. If you want richer pancakes, use whole milk instead of water. Make and freeze pancakes and heat in your toaster. Keep them separated by freezing in individual baggies then storing all the baggies in one larger bag or container.

Easy 3 Ingredient Queso Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 loaf (16 oz) prepared cheese product, cut into cubes ()
2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chiles
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
optional for garnish: chopped tomato, onions, cilantro

DIRECTIONS:
1: In 2-quart saucepan, heat all ingredients over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
2: Pour into bowl and garnish if desired.
Darlene’s Tips: Serve with chips of your choice or use as a dip for these Baked Taco Chicken Wings!

The 2-pack above is available for free store pickup at my store so maybe in yours too. Order online and pick up it up at your convenience. My store has a tower now which I absolutely LOVE! No more waiting in line to pick something up!

Walnut Fudge Brownies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 (18.4-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 (12-oz.) pkg. (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13×9-inch pan.
2: In large bowl, combine brownie mix, butter, water and eggs and beat 50 strokes with spoon. Add oats and walnuts and mix well.
3: In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring twice.
4: Spread half of brownie batter in greased pan. Spread chocolate mixture over batter. Drop remaining brownie mixture by teaspoonfuls over chocolate layer. (Brownie mixture will not completely cover chocolate layer.)
5: Bake at for 29 to 33 minutes or until brownie topping feels dry and edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Do not overbake. Cool 2 hours the refrigerate 1 1/2 hours. Cut into bars. Serve cold or at room temperature. Store in refrigerator.
Darlene’s Tips: You could also add some shredded coconut to the brownie batter or even to the melted chocolate layer. Use any nuts you like. You could also try peanut butter, butterscotch or white morsels instead of chocolate.
