Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Cereal Bars Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Microwave baking chips and peanut butter together in a microwave safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted. 2: Stir in cereal. 3: Spread into a parchment-lined 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and press into an even layer. Refrigerate until set and cut into squares or bars with a sharp knife. Darlene’s Tips: You can use any flavor of baking chips that you like. Chocolate morsels with the peanut butter would be great! You can also add other ingredients like mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, dried fruit, whatever! Experiment with different types of cereal.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Sweet & Sticky Caramel Blondies Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch pan with cooking parchment paper, or grease well. 2: In large bowl, break apart 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies. Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and 1 cup toffee bits. Mix until well combined. Press in pan. 3: Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean. Cool slightly. 4: Pour 1/2 cup caramel sauce over blondies; spread evenly. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup toffee bits. Cool completely before cutting. Darlene’s Tips: You can use caramel ice cream topping which is usually found near ice cream cones. If you don’t have toffee bits, you could try butterscotch morsels or even chocolate morsels. Or maybe cut up some soft caramel candies. Experiment!

DIRECTIONS: 1: Wash, core and wedge apples. Gently pat slices dry with a paper towel. 2: Spread slices with hazelnut spread. 3: Top with granola. Darlene’s Tips: Very basic, but some people need ideas like this! You can use peanut butter instead of hazelnut spread. You can also coat with any crunchy cereal you like or coat with stuff like chopped nuts, sprinkles, raisins, mini morsels, whatever! You can spray the apple slices with lemon or lime juice to prevent them from browning.
