INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
1 box (15.25 oz) Pillsbury Moist Supreme Funfetti cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Funfetti vanilla frosting
See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 375°F.
2: In large bowl, stir cake mix, oil and eggs with spoon until well mixed.
3: Shape tablespoonfuls dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With bottom of glass dipped into flour, flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.
4: Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute then remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.
5: Spread frosting over warm cookies. Immediately sprinkle each with candy sprinkles from frosting. Store in airtight container.
Darlene’s Tips: You can do the same thing with any cake mix or frosting. Just buy sprinkles of you choice and add some to the cake mix and sprinkle on the frosting. Or totally skip the sprinkles and just make the cookies. No frosting needed either.

Nutella Poke Cake Recipe
Check Out My eBay Store!
INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist cake mix (any flavor)
Water, vegetable oil and whole eggs called for on cake mix box
1 1/4 cups Nutella hazelnut spread (or )
See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Bake cake as directed on box using 13×9-inch cake pan. When cake is done, remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Leave in pan.
2: With end of wooden spoon (1/2 inch in diameter), poke holes almost to bottom of cake every 1/2 inch, wiping spoon end occasionally with paper towel to reduce sticking.
3: Melt Nutella on the microwave just 10 seconds at a time until softened. Evenly pour and gently spread over cake working back and forth to fill holes. Tap baking pan on counter several times to help it flow down holes. Cool completely, at least 1 hour.
Darlene’s Tips: You can frost as desired and decorate or garnish if you want. Or leave as is and serve with a dollop of whipped topping.

INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
3 medium avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced or chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
See my tips below for variations
See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos!

Darlene’s Tips: You can eat this simple version as is or add any other ingredient that you like, such as hot sauce or cayenne pepper, chopped onion, cilantro, garlic, tomato, jalapeno, banana peppers, or whatever you like!
