Easiest Ever Creamy Fruit Pie Recipe
a General Mills Recipe
Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Pillsbury Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust (or any brand)
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 cups fresh fruit (strawberry slices, blueberries, kiwi fruit slices, peach slices or any combination)
(see my tips below)
** NEW ** See All My Patreon Video Titles
DIRECTIONS:
1: Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch pie pan. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled.
2: In large bowl, combine whipping cream and powdered sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in fruit. Spoon into cooled baked shell. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store in refrigerator.
Darlene’s Tips: Skip the whipping cream and just use your favorite whipped topping. You could totally use a ready-made graham cracker crust for this. You might have to cut the recipe in half since that’s not deep dish, or you might be able to make two not-so-deep pies. Pretty sure you could also use well-drained canned fruit. Fruit cocktail would be an excellent choice!

Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding
a General Mills Recipe
Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!
INGREDIENTS:
10 cinnamon rolls from 2 packages of Pillsbury Grands! cinnamon rolls
1 3/4 cups milk
5 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans
(see my tips below)
** NEW ** See All My Patreon Video Titles
DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cinnamon rolls according to package directions and set aside frosting.
2: While still warm, cut or tear the cooked cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces. Arrange pieces in a single layer on a large flat surface and allow to cool completely.
3: Add cinnamon roll pieces to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle on the pecans if desired.
4: In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and sugar. Pour mixture over the cinnamon rolls and press the rolls down with a fork to cover them in the milk mixture. Let set for 20 minutes to soak up some of the liquid.
5: Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Drizzle the reserved frosting over the top and serve.
Darlene’s Tips: You can skip the pecans or you can use walnuts if you want! You could also add some candy morsels instead of or with nuts. Butterscotch morsels would be good! You can top with whipped cream and/or serve with ice cream.

Easy Fluffernutter Bars Recipe
a General Mills Recipe
Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!
INGREDIENTS:
1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated peanut butter cookies
25 Reese’s Minis peanut butter cups (from 8-oz package)
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
(see my tips below)
** NEW ** See All My Patreon Video Titles
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F.
2: In medium bowl, mix cookie dough and peanut butter cups until well blended. Reserve 1 cup cookie dough. Press remaining dough evenly in bottom of ungreased 8-inch square pan. Bake 15 minutes.
3: Drop tablespoonfuls marshmallow cream on bar base. Crumble reserved cookie dough onto marshmallow and bar base.
4: Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
Darlene’s Tips: You can use any peanut butter cups you want. Walmart has a Great Value brand. Just chop up as much as you want to add to the mix. You could also use chopped up candy bars of your choice. If you don’t have marshmallow creme in your area, use mini marshmallows or cut some big marshmallows and add those to the bars. Delish!
