DIRECTIONS:
1: In a medium-sized container, mix the melted butter, ground Cheerios, powdered sugar and peanut butter until all ingredients are fully incorporated, forming a kind of creamy batter.
2: Add 1 tablespoon of the Cheerios batter to each individual mold in a mini muffin pan, filling or preparing 21 mini cupcakes.
3: Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
4: Pour 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate over the layer of Cheerios batter. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until the cupcakes have set and are completely firm. Store in the refrigerator.
Darlene’s Tips: You can use chunky peanut butter if you prefer. And you could toss a few peanut butter morsels into the batter for some extra bite!

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until soft dough forms. (If dough is dry, stir in additional 1 to 2 teaspoons water.) Stir in cereal.
2: Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop and shape dough by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.
3: Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are dry. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

1/2 lb ground beef
2 cups canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
1 soup can full of water
2 to 3 teaspoons chili powder
optional: shredded cheese for garnish
VISIT ME ON PATREON I swear you’ll like it there!
DIRECTIONS:
1: Cook beef in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
2: Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Darlene’s Tips: You can also add onion, garlic, peppers or anything you like while cooking the ground beef. You can also use ground turkey instead of beef. And you can use a variety of canned beans. A mix of kidney, black beans and pinto would be delish!
