Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

4-Ingredient Key Lime Pie Fudge Recipe
a General Mills Recipe

Check out this huge selection of Betty Crocker Cookbooks!

INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
2 1/2 cups white vanilla baking chips (15 oz)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

DIRECTIONS:
1: Line 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with waxed paper or cooking parchment paper.
2: In medium microwavable bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups white vanilla baking chips (15 oz) and 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated). Microwave on High in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
3: Add 3 tablespoons lime juice and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into dish. Refrigerate about 4 hours.
4: Cut fudge into squares and toss them into 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs to coat. Press into graham mix a bit for the crumbs to stick.

Darlene’s Tips: You can totally skip the graham crumbs if you want. That’s just to make it more like pie. You can also swap the lime juice for lemon juice if you prefer. You might even try skipping the juice and using coconut extract! Have fun and experiment!
