TGIF!
The sun is shining bright which is awesome for so many. I know sun lovers probably outnumber sun haters, so I’m always happy for them when they get their sunshine. It’s good for the gardens too. But so is rain! lol
I remember one summer when I had a big garden and lots of tomato plants, we had hot sunny days almost every day, but practically every afternoon we got hit with a mini downpour. My garden was awesome! And I rarely had to water it. That was such a good summer for gardens. Seems like it should have been set up to work out that way. Oh, maybe letting gardens go to hell is mother nature’s way of telling us we are supposed to be eating meat. lol
What did I do yesterday? Let me think. Actually, let me look at my videos and that will refresh my memory. Ahhh… I started the day with a trip to Roger’s for meat and other stuff. I recorded a Tag Along Car Vlog while I was there. That is one series I don’t think I’ll ever stop doing. I look so forward to my time spent in my car chatting with you. I’ll have to look up my first car vlog to see when it was. My best guess is that it was in Shaw’s parking lot. I will hunt it down and paste it at the bottom of this blog post. (I found it! It was over 2 years ago. Look down below!)
Then I cut fabric for a good part of the day and also did my daily blog stuff. Later I uploaded a Scrappy Transformation and made one of Skylar’s teddy bears a sweet denim vest. Nothing special, but I’m just getting started with that series. I’ll get better once I find my groove. lol But the vest came out cute!
I did not get to talk to Skylar last night, but Derrick said she liked her first day of school. You can see Skylar’s and her brother Jared’s pic in yesterday’s chat.
Today I need to get ready for Fabric Friday! I’m still undecided as to where to host the listing, eBay or my blog. eBay makes everything so convenient. But I’d love to learn the ropes again as to setting up a “store” on my blog. I am still leaning toward doing at least one listing on my blog just to see how it goes. When that is ready, I’ll have a video letting my fabric addicts know.
Later, I’d like to maybe record something for my “shit” series. I have not added to that series since before Skylar came. Time to get that one back on track! You can probably expect to see one of those videos this evening. Not sure if I can knock out two for you. All depends on how much time I spend on editing one.

And if you like shopping on Walmart.com (seriously, it’s the only online store I shop at), they have an awesome deal on Lightweight Plus Size Bubble Jackets. I have no clue if any are still available. Yesterday they still had several sizes and colors to choose from.
