Happy Thursday!

I had a rough night last night. I was wide awake until after 5:00am. I really should have put the AC in my front room yesterday. I must get that done today. I was so hot last night and also bothered by general life issues. Just a rough night. I’ll be a zombie today, but that’s okay. Will just do my best to carry on an normal. A good day of working on my channel will cheer me up, I’m sure!

Yesterday, I uploaded two videos. First, I did my Youtube Earnings Update for the first half of May. Quite happy with the direction my channel is moving. It’s very slow to grow, but it is growing!

Then I uploaded another I Read My Youtube Comments videos which is quickly becoming a peanut gallery favorite series. The feedback I’ve been getting is phenomenal! The best thing is I get to turn something I stress out over (“helpful” and “well meaning yet totally boring” comments totally stress me out) into something that entertains my audience and benefits my channel. And I get to laugh until I cry over the over the top hate I get (those don’t stress me out, just find them totally funny). Do love!

What’s on the list today… other than a possible nap? lol Lots! Not exactly sure what I’ll accomplish, but an AC in the window is a must. Then hopefully I’ll get Sandy Pro to help me with the big AC tomorrow. Here are just some of the items on my “short” to do list: 6 month zc vlog, shit series, upcycled fashions, tag, rag tote tutorial, paper beads, new ebay auctions, tp roll craft. That’s just the short list! lol If I can knock out two of those things today, I’ll feel quite successful.

Have a great Thursday!

Darlene
XOXO

Easy Mix and Match Pudding Pies Recipe

NOTE: Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg (4 oz each) mini graham cracker pie crusts (1 pkg = 6 crusts)
4 pudding cups (3.25 oz each) any flavor
whipped topping (from can or tub)
optional: sprinkles or crushed cookie crumbles

Darlene’s Tips: This is a fantastic pie for the kiddos. Give them each a crust and a pudding cup in a flavor they love and put a tub of whipped cream on the table (or squirt can for even more fun) and let them make their own pie! Offer a variety of sprinkles or cookie crumbs (even cereal, morsels, chocolate sauce, berries, sliced bananas, etc.) if you want because again… more fun!

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Fill crusts with desired flavor of pudding.

Step 2: Top each pie with whipped topping.

Step 3: Add desired toppings (optional)

Wednesday Chat – Lots of Videos Yesterday, Lots More Planned for Today!

Happy hump day everyone!

It’s a bright and sunny day but I don’t mind too much. I will be too busy in the house to even notice the outside. I want to sew and make beads and work on my blog… all kinds of things!

Yesterday I uploaded 3 videos. First was quilt block #19 for the Quilt Block Party! I only have one more block to complete the series! Then I uploaded a Youtube Tip on how to Hide or Block users from you channel. I explain the difference and walk you though the steps to hide or block them. Last but not least, I brought one of my old doodles to my main channel. I want to move all my old doodles to my main channel and at some point, I’d love to get back to doodling. Just don’t feel like doing that lately.

As for sewing, here’s what I’d like to sew today… a rag quilt tote bag for a tutorial and an upcycled fashions transformation. If I can make the tote, that would be great. Then maybe I can at least pick the garments for the upcycled fashion. I’d also like to do another comments video since I have quite a few questions that came in. I have a tag video I want to do and also want very much to work on my “can I blank this shit series.” So much to do, so little time!

Oh, and youtube has updated through the 15th of the month, so I will have a Youtube Earnings Update video soon! Maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow.

Have a great Wednesday!

Darlene xoxo
