Happy Monday! Today is the big day! I am going to pick my mother up! I’m sure the process will be slow, so not sure how long it will take to get back. Just want to let my peanut gallery know that I will not be doing a Daily Update video until after we return. Yesterday, I did lots of cleaning up around the house. All I got uploaded for videos were this Daily Update and this Nightcap. Derrick sent me a couple little videos of Skylar’s birthday party, so I’m going to see if I can figure out how to get those off my phone and on my computer then I can put them together for a video on her channel! It will at least be fun trying that! Gotta run! I slept late because I knew I’d need to be well rested for today. TTYL! Have a great Monday! It’s Sunday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SKYLAR!!! Today is Skylar’s 8th birthday! I wish so much I could be there with her. She’s having a pool party. Derrick played in Colorado last night but caught a very early flight back home so he can be there. If you have not checked out Skylar’s channel yet, please do! And if you’d like to subscribe, that would be an awesome birthday gift for her! She is not uploading right now, but I hope to be visiting this fall, so you’ll see some new videos during that visit, for sure! (photo: Skylar, her mom Janet, her dog DeDe) Some of us Peanut Gallery girls got together yesterday! Please see my video and then also check out Courtney’s video because she uploaded the outtakes!!! Just too funny!!! Sandy will have additional footage uploaded soon, so stayed tuned! I also polished my nails on video last night! That was so relaxing! I sped up the video so you can watch me in speedy mode! lol
Today is my last day of peace and quiet in this house! I pick up my mother tomorrow. I must admit, this 3 week break was much needed! But I’m ready to have her back home and anxious to take her for rides again. I have to keep those legs of hers moving! I have lots of cleaning to do for my mother’s return. And I’d like to vacuum her side of the house. I still have not done the unboxing of the mystery item. I hoped to do that today, but it will most likely have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday. Have a great Sunday! Darlene BE COOL -> Subscribe to my Youtube channel I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Happy Saturday! It’s gray and much cooler today… what a great day!!! I have some plans today that are outside of my comfort zone! lol Sandy put together a mini gathering at her house today so we can meet Shawna. I only learned about this yesterday. She didn’t want me to get all worried about meeting someone. I still worried! lol Later, it will be another visit with my mother then not sure what I’ll be doing for a video. The only videos I uploaded yesterday were my funny morning hairdo update and a movie maker tutorial about adding music to a video. I’m having a very hard time watching videos at night like I normally do. My iPad is no longer cooperating and I find it’s just too difficult to do on a laptop since I never use a touch pad nor a laptop keyboard. So trying to use a laptop while laying down in a dark room is next to impossible. So there may not be a “what I watched last night” series until I figure something out. Sorry! I need to get ready to head on over to Sandy’s! Excited and scared all at the same time! lol Have a great Saturday! Darlene BE COOL -> Subscribe to my Youtube channel |
