I’m so glad Wednesday is over! It was a horribly stressful day for me. I think it’s a mixture of life’s stresses and lack of sleep. Mix that in with my anxiety and it spells trouble! Today is starting off better, but who knows what the day will bring!
Last night, I did manage to upload a 5 Random Facts video. I like that series and hope to upload one video per week about that. I know the random facts are silly, but I feel it allows us to get to know each other better. You get to know me when I chat about the random fact, and I get to know you by the comments you leave!
Not sure what I’ll be recording today. I have a Q&A Tag that I’ve been challenged to do by CourtneyWithLove, but I’d also love to try a new concoction that I saw on youtube that I think everyone will love (keeping that secret for now, lol). Hopefully, I can do at least one of those videos! Maybe both!
Mother Update: they took her off the IV but put her back on. She is not responding well to any antibotics. Other than that, all her vitals are still good and she has lost a lot of water. They have her up and walking a bit every day now, and she also gets to sit up in a chair. She looked awesome last night. No one would ever guess she is 93 years old!!

Happy hump day everyone!
Sorry that I was mostly MIA yesterday, but I was just exhausted and mentally drained. For this recluse, going to Biddeford daily to visit my mother in the hospital is a lot to handle. Even just the drive is horrible for me. I am petrified of texting drivers and I feel like every single car is going to swerve into my lane. I’ve had this happen at least 3 or 4 times, so my fear is for a good reason, and it makes driving a nightmare for me.
I did manage to upload a New Pet Montage last night. I’m so happy that I have that as an option, because last night I was in no condition to be in front of the camera. Just completely fried. As a reminder, you can send your pet images to petmontage @ darlenemichaud.com and I’ll feature them in a future montage!
As for my mother, her infection is not responding to the antibiotics, so they are trying yet another. Then she is supposed to go to rehab before coming home. But now I just learned that it might be possible for her to get in-home care instead, so not really sure what will happen. But all her stats are good and she feels good other than her legs. So glad we have a ramp coming soon!
Today, I plan on visiting my mother only this evening and see how that works for me. If the sun can be down, then I will feel better mentally. I can’t stand being out when the sun is shining!!!

How to Make Cream Cheese – Gemma’s Bold Baking Basics Ep 11 by Gemma Stafford I have done this before and not quite sure it’s the same flavor as the cream cheese we buy already made. But I know it’s good! More like a creamy ricotta, which I happen to love! And it would work in recipes for those countries that do not have cream cheese.
