Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Quick and Easy Snickerdoodles Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. 2: Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. 3: Break up cookie dough in a large bowl. Stir or knead in flour until well blended. 4: Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. 5: Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute then remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Darlene’s Tips: For an even more snickerdoodle flavor, you can add some cinnamon to the dough when mixing in the flour. I would totally do that.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Cheesy Bacon Chicken Tenders Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 400°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. 2: In shallow bowl, beat egg. In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, place bread crumbs, cheese and bacon. Dip each chicken tender into egg, then place all tenders in bread crumb bag, seal and shake to coat. Place chicken on cookie sheet. 3: Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center and bread crumbs are golden brown. Darlene’s Tips: You can cook 8 strips of bacon to make the bacon bits if you want. Like it spicy? Add some cayenne pepper to the mix. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice like ranch, honey, catsup, whatever!

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it! Blueberry Pound Cake Recipe INGREDIENTS: See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos! DIRECTIONS: 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8×4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and lightly flour. 2: Break up cookie dough in a large bowl. Add sour cream and egg. Beat with electric mixer on medium-low speed 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Spoon mixture evenly into pan. 3: Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Remove cake from pan and place on cooling rack. Darlene’s Tips: You can use frozen blueberries but do not thaw. Add them to the mix while still frozen and increase the baking time by 5 to 10 minutes. I’m thinking you could do this with strawberries too or any fresh or frozen berries or fruit. You can make a glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk or water (a few drops at a time) until you get the consistency you want. You can also thin out some canned frosting with a bit of water until you get it thin enough to pour. You can also tint the glaze with a drop or two of food coloring. Want flavored glaze? Add some extract! Lemon would be awesome as would vanilla or almond.
