When shopping on ebay, always read the descriptions. Some items ship from overseas and can take a few weeks to arrive. Usually the description will state how long shipping might take. Also, for clothing, overseas sizes usually run on the small size so it’s good to order larger by a size or two. Always check the shipping charges. I’m not familiar with these sellers so please do your homework and shop accordingly. Easy Cheesy Potato Slow-Cooker Soup Recipe

Easy Cheesy Potato Slow-Cooker Soup Recipe
a General Mills Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

check for ingredient coupons here
1 carton (32 oz) Progresso chicken broth (4 cups)
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
5 cups diced peeled russet potatoes (about 5 medium)
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups shredded American cheese (8 oz)
optional: 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

DIRECTIONS:

1: Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Reserve 1/4 cup broth in small bowl; cover and refrigerate. In cooker, mix onions, potatoes and remaining broth.

2: Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 hours.

3: Increase heat setting to High. In small bowl, beat cornstarch and reserved broth until smooth. Add to cooker; stir. Cover; heat to simmering, and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer or until thickened.

4: Stir in cheese until well melted.  Serve topped with green onions if desired.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can add a cup of any canned or frozen vegetables to this soup. You do not have to shred the american cheese. Just buy slices and rip them into pieces when adding to the soup. You can also try topping with bacon bits and/or croutons before serving. No croutons? Pieces of well toasted bread will work.

Baked Taco Chicken Wings Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
3 lb chicken wing sections, thawed if frozen

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 450°F. Fit large rectangular wire rack in 18×13-inch rimmed pan; spray both with cooking spray.

2: In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, oil and taco seasoning mix until blended. Thoroughly pat chicken dry, add to mixture and turn to coat. Place in single layer on rack in pan.

3: Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is deep brown and juice of chicken is clear.
