NEW COUPON: $.75 OFF any Dove hair care product – will double at Shaw’s

There is a new coupon out for 75¢ off any Dove hair care product. 

At first I was super excited about this because I thought I might be able to pick up some free travel size shampoo, but the manufacturers are getting wise to this and there is a size restriction on this coupon. No trial or travel size :O(

Also, the coupon says cannot be combined with another offer.  Don’t let that scare you! They just mean you can’t use two manufacturer coupons on one item. If you have a store coupon to go along with this, you can still use it.

Print now and wait for a sale at Shaw’s where this coupon will double in value to $1.50 off! I’ve been seeing lots of coupons for Dove products, so that means the sales are right around the corner! Even if we can’t buy the travel size, I think there is a good deal on the way for Dove! I can smell it!!!

I must admit I’ve never heard of this burrito before. So, I checked the Red’s All Natural website and it looks like the burritos are available at Shaw’s and Hannaford! I’m anxious to check them out.

UPDATE on the Hostess coupon – FREE Hostess snacks at Shaw’s right now!

I posted earlier about the new $.50/1 Hostess product coupon. But now I have an exciting update to report!

The single serving size Hostess snacks are supposedly 10/$10 (or $1 each, you don’t need to buy 10) at Shaw’s right now!!!

Take your coupons over to Shaw’s where they will double to $1.00 off and you will get single packs of Hostess snacks for FREE!

Are you thinking you’d rather use the coupon toward a box of Hostess instead and pay the difference out of pocket? That’s up to you.  Personally, I’d rather shop for totally FREE food. Once you get enough free stuff you will find that it’s better to shop small, shop often, get it for free, build your stockpile… and let other people spend money. Just sayin’  :O)

Why I bought $600 worth of Gulf gas cards at Shaw’s

I just love, love, LOVE getting FREE stuff!  And thanks to a gift card promotion that Shaw’s had last week, I will be able to get FREE food… lots of it!

Shaw’s just had a deal where if you bought $100 in gift cards, you got a $10 Shaw’s gift card for FREE!  A $10 Shaw’s gift card goes a loooooong way with me.  I can buy SO MUCH STUFF for $10 by matching coupons to sales.  I wanted some of those FREE Shaw’s gift cards.  I did.  I really, really did.

I decided that since I easily save $600 a month on groceries and household items, I’d spend $600 of my savings on Gulf gas cards. I’m going to buy gas anyway, right?  By doing that, I got $60 worth of Shaw’s gift cards that I can use toward my groceries! That FREE money will go a long way for me because I will still shop for bargains and use coupons. Just because I got free money does not mean I will pay full price for anything!

Now I have enough gas for probably a year, that’s if I do only my usual traveling. And I know I can stretch that $60 worth of FREE food (along with the $20 Shaw’s gave me just for being me) to last me two months, maybe even three months. That means no more out of pocket spending for me for awhile, not at Shaw’s and certainly not on gas!

Once you start extreme couponing, you will quickly realize just how far $10 can go.  It’s amazing!!!  Some people might think it’s crazy to dish out $600 on gas just to get $60 in return. But remember, that $60 is FREE MONEY! And when you shop like I do, you can build a nice stockpile for sixty bucks! And when you save like I do, you will have $600 to spend on gas cards! It’s a win, win!
